A meeting held in one language can be summarised and delivered in any of the others, so distributed teams read the same meeting in their own language. Yes. EasyMeeting can be deployed entirely inside your own environment, including networks with no internet access at all. In that configuration recordings, transcripts and summaries never leave your premises, which is why it is chosen by organisations in regulated industries and by teams whose meetings routinely contain material that cannot go to a third party.

EasyMeeting is designed to be deployed in a way that supports GDPR and KVKK obligations, along with HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements where they apply. Data residency is configurable, retention is enforced per policy, access is logged, and recording consent can be announced automatically in jurisdictions that require it. Nanobase AI configures each deployment against the specific obligations you answer to.

Accuracy depends on audio quality, accents, background noise and how much specialised vocabulary a meeting contains. Rather than quoting a single figure that would not hold across those conditions, Nanobase AI runs a pilot on your own recordings and reports measured accuracy on your meetings, your terminology and your languages before you commit to anything.

Only the people you allow. Access follows your existing single sign-on groups and can be narrowed further for a specific meeting or an entire series. Private one-to-one conversations, board meetings and HR discussions can be restricted to a named list, and every time someone opens a meeting it is written to an audit trail your compliance team can export.

Yes. EasyMeeting joins as a visible participant rather than recording silently, and in jurisdictions that require explicit consent it can announce recording at the start and offer participants a way to object. Covert recording is not a supported mode of operation.

A cloud pilot for one team can usually be running within days, because it needs a single calendar connection and nothing installed on anyone's machine. Private cloud and on-premise deployments take longer and depend on your environment, your identity provider and any hardware that has to be provisioned. Enterprise is $24 per user per month with a minimum of 25 users and runs in a dedicated private cloud in the US, EU or Türkiye. On-Premise is a site licence priced by user band rather than per seat: $18,000 per year for up to 100 users, $48,000 for up to 500 and $110,000 for up to 2,000, plus a one-time installation from $8,000. Every plan includes all ten languages, single sign-on, audit logging and retention rules. Team starts with a 14-day trial; on-premise starts with a fixed-price $2,500 pilot that is credited against the first year.

Yes. Action items, decisions and summaries can be delivered into the task tracker, CRM, document workspace and chat tools your organisation already runs on, so the output arrives where the work actually happens instead of sitting in yet another application nobody opens.

You decide. Retention is set per team and enforced automatically, whether that means deleting recordings after seven days, keeping them for a statutory period, or never storing the audio at all and keeping only the written record. Deletion is complete rather than a flag on a row, and it is reflected in the audit trail.

Yes. A single team can start on the cloud version and expand later, and there is no requirement to roll it out across an entire organisation first. The on-premise option is generally chosen by larger organisations or by regulated teams, but the product itself works the same at either scale.

The bands are up to 100 users for $18,000 a year, up to 500 for $48,000 and up to 2,000 for $110,000, with larger sites quoted individually. A one-time installation fee from $8,000 covers hardware sizing, deployment on your GPU servers and handover to your operations team. Because nothing is metered, the software runs without any connection to Nanobase AI, which is what makes air-gapped sites possible. Updates are delivered offline once a year or more often if you choose. A $2,500 pilot installs the product on your hardware for 30 days and up to 25 people; the fee is credited against the first annual licence.
